We are growing many varieties of organic grains,

preparing to build a water powered stone wheel flour mill, and more... We are doing less broiler for meat (and none prepay), and more with pork, dairy, and eggs.

WE have have built the first of our Pig Plow pens for our production. (See a model at our fair display) These give us ability to reduce fuel use as we prepare garden beds. Also a better way to compost the plant residue at the end of the season. In addition we gain apastured pork product. We have completly freed ourselves from Soy and other GMO products used in the production of meat products today. Will post Pic of the scale model of our new pig pens as photo's become available. Building a model has allowed me to improve design without wasting a lot of time and wood. (The Pigs Love Rooting up clean healthy soil, so this makes them happier.)

We feed no Soy, have no GMOs in our animal feeds! {We do not grow Soybeans}

Most important, for the past several yearswe have replaced depleated nutrients to oursoils. (REMINERALIZING) Then too,werestoredthe mineral balance ratios toour soil, this is essential to produce nutrient rich foods, by promoting the best conditions for ahealthy mix ofsoil microbes, almost never found in modern corporate farm soils , both because of the misuse of antibiotics in livestock Feed, and the lack of understanding ofsoil nutrient ratio requirements.

(IFaCAFO field grows massivetons of CHEAP per acre on low phosporous soil, great, who cares about health providing nutrition? Of course you got what you paid for, cheap: well almost cheap, as long as you don't factor in your health care costs)

Our improvements have been madeusing "organic type" methods.

All meats are from animals grazed on good grass, clover, and mixed "salad crop" pastures.

We use no mitacides in our honeybees, {We even avoid using contaminated wax foundation in our hives}{our hives have been modified to reduce mites}. Our Honeybees are not exposed to many other "'cides" in their travels, we use all natural methods to protect our littlest ladys, as they help our fruits & veggies pollinate, and collect the sweets we also enjoy.

We are also located quite far from other folks who use "cides"!
