NEWS FLASH!

This year we are requiring our Co op Friends fill out a "wish list" of items they typically look for each year.

The following is a partial list things you will see on our wish list, for pay as you go items.

 From here down are list of "possible products" which will be on our Wish List. We can plant these.
Only items in green are mostly standard fare available each year. others, you must request.

NEWS!  And yet more new arrivals.

Had a birth of 12 Piglets, ten were healthy, surviving, and growing like pigs.

 Will be available as pastured pork, in the future.

 Delivery of our products will be weekly after the start of the season. For the Produce, fruits, Herbs, and eggs.

   Of course what you recieve each week will be determined by what you and others asked for. Also as they become available. The produce which is available long term, you will recieve throughout the harvest season. Products will be posted on the facebook site of... Our Shepherds Farm.

There will sometimes be extra beyond what you put on wish sheet available. If you desire to buy a canning or freezing quantitiy beyond a weekly amount, state this on wish list. There will be other products offered you may want to try, with a recipe or two included, to learn how to use them.

    Items that may be stored in our cold cellar for winter delivery, (are listed on our mailed "wish list" in red) and will be delivered one day each month. Day will be placed on the web site and emailed a month in advance.

     Beef, pork, Goose, duckling, and turkey will all be delivered from late September through December, as the animals are ready to process for delivery. You will be notified a week or so before. Turkeys will be delivered either frozen or fresh.

Goose, about the same time, as will be duckling.

Broilers will finish out starting in July and running through to November, tell us about what dates you desire them if you need a quantity all at once. 

Lamb or Goat meat orders, and pig/pork orders will be put up on the web and posted on the truck a week before they are ready to butcher.

When you order pork products, please specify if MSG, Nitrite, Nitrates, and salt to be used in the curing process or not.

        Flowers will almost always be available during normal summer deliverys...

     We will usually have sample amounts of items you did not order, with instructions on how to prepare the item for eating, so that you may broaden your horizons...
